Mr Craig Smith, Managing Director, developed the concept of PHR in 2007 when setting up a vein clinic in Harley Street London.
Craig found one of the biggest obstacles to running a efficient clinic was the constant requirement to source high quality supplies at competative prices - particulary in an ever changing market.
Rather than deal with numerous different suppliers with different payment plans and invoicing, he realised that dealing with one supplier that did all of the resourcing for him would make good economic sense. Hence the birth of PHR.
Craig has worked at the Whiteley Clinic, a leading UK vein clinic for 6 years. In setting up PHR Craig has pulled together advisors covering all aspects of vein practice. This has been so successful that PHR now supplies the Whiteley Clinic and its franchises as well as other medical centres and individuals. PHR clients perform hundreds of varicose vein procedures each year encompassing a wide variety of techniques from VNUS Closure FAST ® and Endo venous laser to foam sclereotherapy and microsclerotherapy.
